My place is perfect for families and business travelers exploring Dallas for an extended period or relocating. It's an ideal location because it's centrally located and is in close proximity to all Dallas attractions.
Our spacious apartment features a gourmet kitchen, 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom, living/dinning room, laundry room (with Ironing board and clothes iron). Our kitchen is fully equipped with quality kitchen utensils, plates, coffee maker, and many more items you will find useful. Our bedrooms are spacious and features large closet space. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, high quality white towels, body wash and shampoo.
Not only will you be able to enjoy upscale amenities, you’ll have every opportunity to explore multiple restaurants, shopping, bars and more as you you’re surrounding by the best Dallas has to offer.

Our professional cleaners are trained on our updated cleaning and disinfection routines to provide you with a safe environment during your stay. These procedures require the housekeepers use gloves and mask while cleaning, run a Ozone cleaner for 25 minutes to kill any germs after a guest checks out, and air the unit.
We provide each unit with Lysol disinfectant, alcohol-based hand wash soap, anti-viral facial tissue in each bedroom, travel size hand sanitizer to use while you outside the unit, and a N-95 mask to travel back with if you need one. Linen sheets and towels are picked up by our professional laundry service provider after each guest to wash and bleach.
Your personalized guest app (no download required) provides you with door access codes for self check-in. From the app you can also request for grocery delivery prior to arrival, airport/drop off service, mid stay cleans, free laundry pick up/drop off, and access to the house manual.

3. Absolutely no smoking or use of drugs of any sort inside the apartment. You agree to pay $250 penalty for smoking inside the unit

5. Please be kind to our Earth by turning off lights, water valves, and thermostat when not in use.
6. Absolutely no parties or events allowed. Be respectful to neighbors next door.
7. Decor and furniture differ slightly from pictures. Unit is of the same size and layout is similar with tall windows
8. Please request pack n play or air mattress prior at time reservation is confirmed so we can ensure it is in your unit when you check in.**A second air mattress is available upon request through the guest app at $35 per night**
9. I'm not responsible for any closures, unforeseen or planned, of any building amenities. Due to such closures, refunds will not be given. Please also note that pools may be seasonal and we are not responsible for any refunds due to pool closure or maintenance.
10. Our corporate lease agreement requires a 4 night minimum and a basic criminal background check if staying more than 5 nights. By making a reservation with us, you authorize us to run a basic criminal background check using your ID card. If you have criminal record that would prevent you from renting a home PLEASE do not make a reservation because we have the right to ask you to cancel.
11. For a smooth check-in, fill in the pre-checkin form sent to you after confirming your reservation. This provides access to our guest app with detailed check-in instructions, a house manual and useful links. The form requires a $200 hold for damage deposit which is removed within 3 days after check-outView More

I stayed for 6 weeks. Good experience and fine for weekends/shorter stays. If you need longer-term, I recommend pricing out other properties.<br/>The building is great. The unit is very nice and has a perfect view.<br/>Downsides are the price and communication:<br/>1. Priced too high. I was alone in a 2 bedroom unit, so that is accounted for in my comment. The building and view aren’t enough to demand such a premium.<br/>2. The deposit process is weirdly difficult. No deposit 12 days later. The washer broke on my final day so was late departing cleaning that for them - won’t try to get it back because the AmyWineHouse “company” is like dealing with any property management company: hassle. They also take and return the $200 each week because of their “system” - took days to get back $200 randomly pulled from my account which caused a missed payment. Messy.<br/>3. Communication is fine until you need it. <br/>4. They don’t want you to say “Airbnb” to staff - if you advertise on Airbnb you are one. place was beautiful 10 out of 10 walkable lots of restaurants lots of bars the amenities at the apartment were amazing from the gym to the pool outdoor area private parking if you have a car rental top-notch place would recommend every single time or if I’m coming back this place I would stay again 100% C

Lovely apartment!
We enjoyed this lovely apartment near downtown and SMU. Will definitely try for this place again. Large. Bright. Comfortable! Fantastic stay! Host was incredible responsive, check in easy, unit is lovely, clean and close to all of the amenities of Uptown including the Kady walking trail. Unit also has a nice view. Building felt safe and secure, and staff very friendly. Could not have been better!
