We have been very pleased with the accommodation's. There were some glitches at check in but the owners helped resolve the situation and for immediate communication, Godwin has been very helpful. The building is great, although sometimes the elevators are an issue. Overall, a great experience!

The location was great thus allowing us to get to 3 planned family gatherings in various parts of Dallas with ease.  This was important for us since we were in Dallas for a sad occasion.  While there, we had to reach out 4 times to the host. I am mentioning it not to stress the problem but to stress how the issues were dealt with immediately by the host. Customer Service A+. The listing includes 1 vehicle in the parking garage, which was definitely expressed in the description. But honestly I had a mindset that it was going to be an inconvenience since we had 2 cars. But it worked so well with economical prepaid parking right across the street that my mind was placed at ease & not inconvenience. So your future guests can be at ease. Fitness Center was nice & easy access.  Good listing. Only suggestion- to have appliances checked to insure working condition for the next guest.  Guest will enjoy.

Loved it were most definitely recommend staying at this location, convenient with all those surrounding restaurants and things to do. Host was very nice and helpful with everything we could ask for. Places clean and very homie.

Muy buen lugar para quedarse y conocer. El estacionamiento es con valet por lo que siempre debes avisar antes de ir para que te puedan dar el automóvil a tiempo. Fuimos a mediados de agosto,el calor es demasiado pero dentro del apartamento el aire acondicionado funcionaba de maravilla.

The unit was clean and close to everything during our stay! Ovie had clear instructions and the unit felt very secure.

Nice spot. It was worth the money overall. Just a few things to note, there was a weirdly bad smell in the apartment from when we walked in and stayed throughout the time of the stay. <br/>Other than that the location is iffy depending on if you have family and what you’re willing to be around. It’s not a classy area to say the least. Other than the bad smell and location it was a nice place and was very spacious and I would recommend it if you’re not a family and want a good budget spot downtown.
