The building it is in is a renovated warehouse and is located in a downtown area a couple of blocks away from the good hotels and restaurants. There are homeless people around the building but they don't bother you much although one got into the pool area. The building lobby is barebones with no security visible most of the time. The room description says it has four beds but it only has three, an air mattress is the fourth bed but you can request a cot. The third bed is in the living room with privacy curtains that don't really work. The room only had three cover cups and three glasses. Overall it is a decent place to stay but don't expect anything more than that

We had significant trouble with code to get into room but their AI software did finally connect to a human who was most helpful. We did get our exercise as the elevators did not work on check out day. All in all great time, it’s quiet in the sense that you can’t here the neighbors in this apartment building but you can hear your friends snoring from den to back bedroom.
