We stayed for Red’s End of Silence 20th anniversary (Just wanted to mention it ‘cause it was awesome). The apartment is beautiful, big and very high up, which we enjoyed by sitting by the windows overlooking everything and just watch life go by for some minutes after we were done for the day. Beds were comfy, air conditioning was great and it really felt like a home away from home.

I stayed at Grace’s Place to celebrate my birthday with a couple of friends, and overall I had a great experience. The space was really nice and looked just like the photos, which I appreciated. There was a slight smell throughout the building, but it wasn’t anything that bothered me too much. The location was perfect, with plenty of things to do nearby. I only wish I could’ve stayed longer to explore more of the area, but I still had an amazing time.

This place was actually better than what the pics show. Very roomy. Felt like home.. The owner(s) were also reliable and communicating the whole time. Will have to come back here specifically when I’m out in this area.

Communication with Grace was quick and easy. We had an issue accessing the apartment but it was resolved quickly. I loved the option to do late check out since we had an afternoon flight and the airport is 30mins away.

Ovie was a great host from  the start, she communicated clearly and swiftly.<br/>The location of the apartment is in the downtown area, so there are loiterers around the building, and sometimes it did feel unsafe(I also noticed this for other guests). But the area has constant patrol cars passing by so it’s very much okay.<br/>Valet parking was really great and responsive, despite the large number of guests they had to deal with for Memorial weekend.<br/>Ovie really maintains the apartment very very well. It was clean, furnished and felt homely. The building has a sense of being “unfinished”, but the apartment finish embraces this and is converted into a beautiful space for people to stay.<br/>I would absolutely recommend the location for guests. Despite minor inconveniences that might occur, the location in Downtown Dallas and the beautiful apartment makes it truly worth it.
