Ovie was a great host from the start, she communicated clearly and swiftly.
The location of the apartment is in the downtown area, so there are loiterers around the building, and sometimes it did feel unsafe(I also noticed this for other guests). But the area has constant patrol cars passing by so it’s very much okay.
Valet parking was really great and responsive, despite the large number of guests they had to deal with for Memorial weekend.
Ovie really maintains the apartment very very well. It was clean, furnished and felt homely. The building has a sense of being “unfinished”, but the apartment finish embraces this and is converted into a beautiful space for people to stay.
I would absolutely recommend the location for guests. Despite minor inconveniences that might occur, the location in Downtown Dallas and the beautiful apartment makes it truly worth it.
