Grace was an excellent host and very communicative! You can tell she has experience hosting because she was very detailed and clear. The room looked better than the photos and was near everything we needed downtown. The amenities were excellent and very convenient. We would definitely stay there again! Great location, close to lots of things in Dallas. Unit had a lot of space and a great common area. Complimentary Valet parking was nice but only if you have one vehicle. Most of communication is thru a separate guest app/site I appreciate the phone calls! We received a call just to make sure we made it in the property safely. It was walkable distance from the Upperroom conference, and had everything we needed. Thank you! Yesenia

We really liked the place. I know a lot of reviews mention there are a lot of homeless people but that’s downtown for you. There’s valet so our vehicle was safe and you need a code to enter the building. The place was clean, quiet, and nice view. If we come back to Dallas, we’d love to stay here again.
