As with many urban centers, the neighborhood is lively and centrally located, and while there is a visible homeless presence outside the building, our property remains secure. The building is equipped with 24/7 video surveillance and keycard access for added safety. Additionally, we are located directly across from City Hall, which ensures a regular police and security presence in the area.

- The neighborhood is central and busy like most downtowns, you may notice a visible unhoused population. However, the building is secure with 24/7 surveillance and a police/security presence across the street at City Hall.

- Pool or gym access may occasionally be paused for maintenance.
- On-street parking: Free Street parking available after 6pm (Monday to Saturday) and all day on Sunday

Cinema Room:
Enjoy a private movie session! The cinema room is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Great location and everything was just as described. Pictures were accurate. Was such a great experience at Ovies place! She was friendly and kind and responsive! Me and my guest enjoyed staying there and would definitely do it again sometime! Great place to stay if you’re in town high recommend Keelan

Stayed here with a bunch and friends for the Dallas Marathon. The place was exactly as described and very clean! We had a fantastic view over the City Hall Plaza! Lots to do around here, a couple of blocks north and you are in the heart of Dallas!! Ovie was a great host and very responsive! We will definitely be staying again next time we need a place in Dallas!
