Pre-Arrival: You will receive a quick pre-check-in form to complete after booking, along with your check-in instructions and a house manual.
Security Hold: A refundable $200 security hold is placed on your card before arrival and automatically released within 3 days of checkout, provided there are no damages or rule violations.
Long Stays: Stays over 5 nights require a basic criminal background check.
Family Needs: A Pack ’n Play or an air mattress is available upon request. A second air mattress can be rented for $35/night via the guest app.
Shared Amenities: The pool and gym are shared with other residents and may occasionally close for maintenance without prior notice.
Amplified Sound: The use of amplified sound equipment audible beyond the property line is prohibited from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Great for the family during the holiday. Super to be able to walk on the Katy Trail and to downtown. Very spacious and well laid out in side. Also the property concierge, parking, and fitness center all added to the experience. Great coffee bar in the lobby. S

The location was great! It is situated in a beautiful, walkable area close to many attractions. The space itself was large which was great for my family. However, I’m giving this rating based on several issues that made the experience uncomfortable. After booking, I discovered that the property is managed through a third party, which came with a completely different set of instructions than what was originally listed. The check-in process was especially concerning. I wasn’t informed until after booking that I would need to misrepresent the nature of my stay to the building’s concierge in order to receive the keys. This felt deceptive and put me in a very awkward position. The host denied a refund for this reason. <br/>The couch had an unpleasant odor, and we had to cover it with a blanket just to sit on it. The carpets were stained, and very wet when we arrived, which I assume was due to recent cleaning, but it added but it added to the overall discomfort.
