As with many urban centers, the neighborhood is lively and centrally located, and while there is a visible homeless presence outside the building, our property remains secure. The building is equipped with 24/7 video surveillance and keycard access for added safety. Additionally, we are located directly across from City Hall, which ensures a regular police and security presence in the area.

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire apartment. You will also have full access to the building's shared amenities. Please be aware that amenity hours are subject to change and access may occasionally be paused for maintenance.
Building Amenities:
Swimming Pool: Relax by the shared pool and make use of the BBQ grill, available daily from 10:00 AM–10:00 PM. Closed Mondays for routine maintenance.
Fitness Center: A fully-equipped gym, conveniently located on the 1st level and accessible 24/7.
Game, Art & Music Rooms:** Enjoy creative and recreational spaces, including a pool table. Open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (closed on weekends).
Cinema Room: Enjoy a private movie session. Open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (closed on weekends). Please remember to bring your own DVDs.
Other things to note
Pre-Check-In: You must complete a pre-check-in form to receive your access codes and our digital house manual. A $200 refundable security hold will be placed on your card before arrival and released within 3 days after checkout, provided there are no damages.
Host Support: Our team is available 24/7. Please contact us directly, not the building staff.
Decor: The apartment's decor and furniture may vary slightly from what is shown in the photos.
Special Requests: Early check-in, late check-out, a Pack 'n Play, or an air mattress may be available upon request. A second air mattress can be provided for an additional fee of $35/night.

We had a great experience with our host. She responded quickly to all questions and gave very clear instructions when needed! I will book again in the future. We truly enjoyed our stay. The view was absolutely beautiful and made the experience memorable. The location was convenient and added to the overall charm. The only drawback was that the walls are quite thin, so we could hear kids running and some loud noises at times. Still, the stunning view and great location made it a worthwhile stay. Unfortunately, our stay was not a good fit for us as a family. The building appeared to be largely occupied by young adults hosting parties. The hallways frequently smelled like marijuana, and the elevators took a very long time due to heavy traffic at all hours. Overall, the environment did not feel safe or family-friendly. I would not recommend this property for families or those looking for a quiet, secure stay. Whilst the host was responsive, the location of the building is in an area where there are lots of homeless people sleeping around the building. Felt unsafe being there with a young family. At one stage someone opened our room and didn’t close it properly when they left- may have been a cleaner dropping something off, but left the door slightly ajar. The floors are also cleaned with some sort of chemical that smells like kerosene- all my luggage and clothes smelled like kerosene for the whole time we stayed there
