As with many urban centers, the neighborhood is lively and centrally located, and while there is a visible homeless presence outside the building, our property remains secure. The building is equipped with 24/7 video surveillance and keycard access for added safety. Additionally, we are located directly across from City Hall, which ensures a regular police and security presence in the area.

I had an amazing stay at Grace’s place! Everything was clean and the location was great! I will definitely stay again and again. Grace was an amazing and hospitable host- there were local recommendations, tips and lots of great opportunities provided upon booking. The apartment was clean and in a great location. However, there were a few issues. Parking instructions were unclear, and I had difficulties with the valet service. Getting into the building and apartment was challenging due to unclear entry codes, and I had to wait outside for about half an hour before I could get in. Reaching the host for assistance took a long time and wasn’t very helpful. Additionally, the shower wasn’t working properly, and there was no water flow in the showerhead. Despite these challenges, the apartment had potential and could be a good stay with improved communication and maintenance. Great place, and very clean
