As with many urban centers, the neighborhood is lively and centrally located, and while there is a visible homeless presence outside the building, our property remains secure. The building is equipped with 24/7 video surveillance and keycard access for added safety. Additionally, we are located directly across from City Hall, which ensures a regular police and security presence in the area.

Looking for some fun or creativity? These rooms are open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
👉 They are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Cinema Room:
Enjoy a private movie session! The cinema room is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
👉 Don’t forget to bring your own DVDs, as movies are not provided.

We want your stay to feel easy, comfortable, and stress-free. Here are a few helpful things to know before you arrive:
* Complete the pre-check-in form to receive your smart lock codes and digital guide.
* A $200 refundable security hold will be placed before check-in and automatically released within 3 days after checkout.
* Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
* Pack ’n Play or an air mattress is available upon request. A second air mattress is available for $35/night.
* Downtown is a central, active urban area, and you may notice a visible unhoused population, as is common in many downtown areas. The building is secure with 24/7 surveillance and security, with City Hall and a police presence directly across the street.
* Décor or furniture may differ slightly from the listing photos.
* Pool or gym access may occasionally be paused for maintenance.
