- The neighborhood is central and busy like most downtowns, you may notice a visible unhoused population. However, the building is secure with 24/7 surveillance and a police/security presence across the street at City Hall.
- Décor or furniture may differ slightly from listing photos.
- Pool or gym access may occasionally be paused for maintenance.

The apartment unit itself was very nice, older, but very spacious and nice. The building is very dark and run down. The location it is downtown is extremely overrun by homeless people. When we visited, the building was extremely busy and people going in and out and the pool was packed! The valet was a wonderful amenity as I would never ever recommend parking in the lots surrounding the building as it is not safe. The host was very nice and responded the one time I needed something. Great location, very clean place, and quick responsiveness from host. Great stay! N
