- No parties, smoking, or drugs inside ($250 fee)
- A Pack โn Play or air mattress may be available upon request. A second air mattress can be provided for an additional fee of $35 per night.
- Pre-Check-In: You must complete a pre-check-in form to receive your access codes and our digital house manual. A $200 refundable security hold will be placed on your card before arrival and released within 3 days after checkout, provided there are no damages.
- Long Stays: Stays over 5 nights require a basic criminal background check.
- Shared Amenities: The pool and gym are shared with other residents and may occasionally close for maintenance without prior notice.
- Amplified Sound: The use of amplified sound equipment audible beyond the property line is prohibited from 10:00 PM โ 7:00 AM.
- Vehicles & Parking: Vehicles must be operable, licensed, and parked inside the garage; oversized commercial vehicles (15,000+ lbs) are not permitted unless actively loading/unloading. One off-street parking space is included; additional parking may be requested.
- Decor: The apartmentโs decor or furniture may differ slightly from the photos, but the style and cozy vibes remain the same.
