Other things to note Please review the following before booking so you know exactly what to expect before arrival. Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. - Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM - Uptown Dallas location near West Village & McKinney Avenue – vibrant, walkable area with active nightlife and city energy; building remains secure with controlled access. - No parties, smoking, or drugs inside ($250 fee) - A Pack ’n Play or air mattress may be available upon request. A second air mattress can be provided for an additional fee of $35 per night. - Pre-Check-In: You must complete a pre-check-in form to receive your access codes and our digital house manual. A $200 refundable security hold will be placed on your card before arrival and released within 3 days after checkout, provided there are no damages. - Long Stays: Stays over 5 nights require a basic criminal background check. - Shared Amenities: The pool and gym are shared with other residents and may occasionally close for maintenance without prior notice. - Amplified Sound: The use of amplified sound equipment audible beyond the property line is prohibited from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. - Vehicles & Parking: Vehicles must be operable, licensed, and parked inside the garage; oversized commercial vehicles (15,000+ lbs) are not permitted unless actively loading/unloading. One off-street parking space is included; additional parking may be requested. - Decor: The apartment’s decor or furniture may differ slightly from the photos, but the style and cozy vibes remain the same.
