Parking Rules: Only operable and licensed vehicles may be parked in the garage. Parking on grass, yards, or unimproved surfaces is not permitted. Oversized commercial vehicles are not allowed unless actively loading or unloading.

Everything was perfect! Clean, easily accessible, private, and overall a great place. I took my son and his friends to Dallas to celebrate his 18th birthday so they could shop at Micro Center. The Airbnb was immaculate, bigger in person, and in a great area. We walked most places. The valet was quick and easy, and we were able to request our car from an app so it was ready when we got there. We were excited to use the amenities in the building but weren't able since they close them on the weekends (which is in the description). The apartment was really clean, had everything we needed, very spacious, and comfortable. We would definitely book with Grace again. Overall, we had a really great stay and would stay here again. The photos were accurate, and once the cleaning was finished, the space was very clean—the floors were even still wet, so it was clear they had just been mopped. The cleaning crew did a great job.<br/>Check-in was listed as anytime after 3:00 pm. We arrived around 3:30 pm, but the cleaners were still finishing up, so we waited in the hallway with our luggage until about 4:00 pm.<br/>The valet parking was included and appreciated, though it wasn’t quite what we expected and felt a bit less convenient than self-parking would have been. Also, as mentioned in other reviews, there were quite a few homeless individuals outside the building, but everyone we encountered seemed friendly and harmless.<br/>Overall, this was a positive experience, and we’d be happy to return.
