• Parking: One complimentary off-street parking space is included. Vehicles must be licensed, operable, and parked inside the garage. Oversized commercial vehicles (15,000+ lbs or designed for 15+ passengers) are not permitted unless actively loading or unloading. Additional parking may be available upon request.
