🛋️ Décor or furniture may differ slightly from the photos, but the cozy vibes stay the same.
🍼 Pack ’n Play or air mattress available on request. A second air mattress is available via the guest app at $35/night.
🏊 Shared amenities like the pool or gym are available but may occasionally close for maintenance.
📋You’ll receive a quick pre-check-in form after booking, along with your check-in instructions, house manual with everything you need for a smooth arrival.
🚫 No parties, no unauthorized guests, quiet hours 10PM -7AM
🚭 Absolutely no smoking or use of drugs of any sort inside the apartment.
🛑 Stays over 5 nights require a basic criminal background check

To properly lock the balcony door:
Close the door completely.
Lift the handle upwards while turning the lock knob at the same time.
You’ll hear a “click” once it’s fully locked.

Wonderful - highly recommend this property
I loved this accomodation. I stay in a lot of properties as I travel for business. This is a great location, wonderful, well appointed building and the apartment itself was very comfortable. Communication with the host was also excellent. She is highly professional. I highly recommend this property. I would recommend and rebook Grace's listing.
