Before You Arrive
We want your stay to be easy, comfortable, and stress-free. Please review these important details before arrival:
✦ Pre-Check-In: Complete our pre-check-in form before arrival to receive your access codes and digital guide. A $200 refundable security hold will be placed on your card and released within 3 days after checkout, provided there are no damages.
✦ Check-In & Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
✦ Extra Bedding: A Pack 'n Play or one air mattress is available upon request. A second air mattress is available for $35/night.
✦ Host Support: Please contact us directly by phone or Airbnb Messenger with any reservation questions. Building staff cannot assist with individual reservations.
✦ Quiet Hours: Amplified sound that can be heard beyond the property line is prohibited from 10:00 PM–7:00 AM.
✦ Parking: One off-street parking space is included. Additional parking may be requested. Vehicles must be operable, licensed, and parked inside the garage. Oversized commercial vehicles 15,000+ lbs are not permitted unless actively loading or unloading.
✦ Street Parking: Free street parking is available after 6:00 PM Monday–Saturday and all day Sunday.
✦ Please Note: Furniture and décor may vary slightly from the photos. Building amenities such as the pool or gym may occasionally close for maintenance or other reasons, and refunds cannot be provided for planned or unplanned amenity closures.
