- The neighborhood is central and busy like most downtowns, you may notice a visible unhoused population. However, the building is secure with 24/7 surveillance and a police/security presence across the street at City Hall.
- Décor or furniture may differ slightly from listing photos.
- Pool or gym access may occasionally be paused for maintenance.

this was such a quiet place for myself and my hyrox partner to crash at after our competition. Nice place and close to everything. Did not have to travel far for food, nightlife, and activities. Would visit again! The apartment has a great downtown location — close to everything, with grocery and liquor stores right in the same building. The view is nice, the furniture is stylish, and the kitchen is well stocked with cookware.<br/>On the downside, there are a few homeless people in the area, and the building access code didn’t work, which made getting in a bit frustrating (we had to wait for someone to open the door). The apartment itself was very clean, but the air freshener smell was overwhelming — it lingered on our clothes for days. The AC filters also need to be replaced, as they’re covered in dust.<br/>Overall, it’s a beautiful place in a convenient location, but a few small improvements could make the stay perfect. Scott
