Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire apartment. You will also have full access to the building's shared amenities. Please be aware that amenity hours are subject to change and access may occasionally be paused for maintenance.
Building Amenities:
Swimming Pool: Relax by the shared pool and make use of the BBQ grill, available daily from 10:00 AM–10:00 PM. Closed Mondays for routine maintenance.
Fitness Center: A fully-equipped gym, conveniently located on the 1st level and accessible 24/7.
Game, Art & Music Rooms:** Enjoy creative and recreational spaces, including a pool table. Open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (closed on weekends).
Cinema Room: Enjoy a private movie session. Open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (closed on weekends). Please remember to bring your own DVDs.
Other things to note
Pre-Check-In: You must complete a pre-check-in form to receive your access codes and our digital house manual. A $200 refundable security hold will be placed on your card before arrival and released within 3 days after checkout, provided there are no damages.
Host Support: Our team is available 24/7. Please contact us directly, not the building staff.
Decor: The apartment's decor and furniture may vary slightly from what is shown in the photos.
Special Requests: Early check-in, late check-out, a Pack 'n Play, or an air mattress may be available upon request. A second air mattress can be provided for an additional fee of $35/night.
Amplified Sound: The use of amplified sound equipment audible beyond the property line is prohibited from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

I'd say if there weren't shady ass Valet parking it would have been perfect. As you are already inside of the parking garage. Then the shady valet attendants just gave off a creepy vibe. Would have rather parked my own damn car and go to our Airbnb. Plus extra payment for parking was ridiculous. Caroline

Not what we were expecting at all. It had a very bad chemical smell from recent floor staining. the pull out couch looked incredibly uncomfortable. No sheets left for the pull out or the air mattress we requested. Then the thermostat broke. We had to move rooms. Mold around the inner part of the bathroom sink. The building smelled horrible like smoke everywhere in the hallways. <br/>Went to the new room. The kettle didn’t work, the dryer didn’t work right. Issues with the lock over and over again. Very hard to get ahold of help. <br/>With the room change things got better, the beds were very comfortable. And we did end the stay in that building. Overall not an experience where I would ever go back. Stephen

Overall this was a great place to stay. Clean and private as needed.<br/>The unit itself was great! The parking on the other hand... I would personally recommend just paying for parking across the street vs using the complimentary valet. I waited up to 45min for the valet to bring me my car and was even handed two other people's car keys in the process. Overall it was a nice exp. I was able to see the marathon from my window and valet was good. I'd stay again. There were some dirty maintenance issues but nothing unbearable. I only needed to reach out at the onset because the address stated north instead of south. After that, the trip was pretty smooth. I'd suggest a can opener and more kitchenette as well. Awesome spot!
