Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Downtown location across from City Hall - lively area with visible homeless presence outside; building remains secure with regular police/security presence.
- No parties, smoking, or drugs inside ($250 fee)
- A Pack ’n Play or air mattress may be available upon request. A second air mattress can be provided for an additional fee of $35 per night.
- Pre-Check-In: You must complete a pre-check-in form to receive your access codes and our digital house manual. A $200 refundable security hold will be placed on your card before arrival and released within 3 days after checkout, provided there are no damages.
