Take a dip and relax! The pool is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
👉 Please note: The pool is closed on Mondays for routine maintenance.
Indoor Gym:
Stay active during your stay! You’ll find the gym on the 1st level, near the leasing office. It’s open 24/7 for your convenience.
Game, Art & Music Rooms:
Looking for some fun or creativity? These rooms are open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
👉 They are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Cinema Room:
Enjoy a private movie session! The cinema room is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
👉 Don’t forget to bring your own DVDs, as movies are not provided.
Other things to note
We want your stay to feel easy, comfortable, and stress-free. Here are a few helpful things to know before you arrive:
- Early check-in or late check-out available upon request
- Pack ’n play or air mattress available upon request (2nd air mattress: $35/night)
- The neighborhood is central and busy like most downtowns, you may notice a visible unhoused population. However, the building is secure with 24/7 surveillance and a police/security presence across the street at City Hall.
- Décor or furniture may differ slightly from listing photos.
- Pool or gym access may occasionally be paused for maintenance.
- On-street parking: Free Street parking available after 6pm (Monday to Saturday) and all day on Sunday
✅ Before You Arrive:
- Complete the pre-check-in form to receive your smart lock codes and digital guide
- A $200 refundable security hold will be placed before check-in and automatically released within 3 days after checkout
🅿 Valet Parking Reminder:
Complimentary valet is available for one standard-size vehicle.
Valet cannot accommodate:
- Sprinter vans or large pickups
- Dually trucks or service vehicles
- Vehicles with lifts or oversized tires
- Motorcycles, trikes, or non-standard controls
🔇 Amplified Sound:
The use of amplified sound equipment audible beyond the property line is prohibited between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
🚗 Vehicles & Parking:
• Guests are entitled to 1 off-street parking space
• Additional off-street parking may be available upon request
• Vehicles must be operable, licensed, and parked inside the garage
• Free street parking is also available onsite
🚫 Parking Restrictions:
• No parking on grass, yards, or unimproved surfaces
• Oversized commercial vehicles (15,000+ lbs or designed for 15+ passengers) are not permitted unless actively loading/unloading
🛑 Neighborhood Note
As with many urban centers, the neighborhood is lively and centrally located, and while there is a visible homeless presence outside the building, our property remains secure. The building is equipped with 24/7 video surveillance and keycard access for added safety. Additionally, we are located directly across from City Hall, which ensures a regular police and security presence in the area.
