As with many urban centers, the neighborhood is lively and centrally located, and while there is a visible homeless presence outside the building, our property remains secure. The building is equipped with 24/7 video surveillance and keycard access for added safety. Additionally, we are located directly across from City Hall, which ensures a regular police and security presence in the area.

Once inside, the space itself is nice. Very large and fun, bright and open during the day. After dark, the lighting is quite dim. The rugs could use a deep clean, but the linens were fresh and the loft overall felt maintained.<br/>The biggest issue was parking. You’re required to use the on-site valet unless you pay for parking elsewhere, and the process is extremely slow, often a 10–20+ minute wait each time. What made it truly unpleasant was the valet staff themselves. They were consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. They rarely greeted guests, often ignored questions, and responded with attitude when they did engage. It genuinely ruined my day every time I had to deal with them.<br/>The location felt a bit iffy and probably didn’t match the “luxury” description. Between the area and the valet, I wouldn’t recommend this stay for anyone bringing a car or expecting a high-end experience. The loft itself is nice once you’re inside, but getting in and out is a hassle. We loved our stay here. Nice and spacious and clean with a great view of the city. I would stay here again! Grace was a great and proactive host. If I ever had a question I had an answer within minutes. Home was spacious and looked like the photos. Free breakfast? Like who can top that! Great stay. Grace’s place was very spacious, very welcoming. I felt like I was at home. I even thought , man I would love to have a place like this. the home had such a great view of Dallas. Accessibility was amazing. Overall, the stay was great! I definitely recommend!
