My place is perfect for families and business travelers exploring Dallas for an extended period or relocating. It's an ideal location because it's centrally located and is in close proximity to all Dallas attractions.
Our spacious apartment features a gourmet kitchen, 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom, living/dinning room, laundry room (with Ironing board and clothes iron). Our kitchen is fully equipped with quality kitchen utensils, plates, coffee maker, and many more items you will find useful. Our bedrooms are spacious and features large closet space. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, high quality white towels, body wash and shampoo.
Not only will you be able to enjoy upscale amenities, you’ll have every opportunity to explore multiple restaurants, shopping, bars and more as you you’re surrounding by the best Dallas has to offer.

Our professional cleaners are trained on our updated cleaning and disinfection routines to provide you with a safe environment during your stay. These procedures require the housekeepers use gloves and mask while cleaning, run a Ozone cleaner for 25 minutes to kill any germs after a guest checks out, and air the unit.
We provide each unit with Lysol disinfectant, alcohol-based hand wash soap, anti-viral facial tissue in each bedroom, travel size hand sanitizer to use while you outside the unit, and a N-95 mask to travel back with if you need one. Linen sheets and towels are picked up by our professional laundry service provider after each guest to wash and bleach.
Your personalized guest app (no download required) provides you with door access codes for self check-in. From the app you can also request for grocery delivery prior to arrival, airport/drop off service, mid stay cleans, free laundry pick up/drop off, and access to the house manual.

When you stay in this luxury, three-bedroom apartment, you have access to all of the home's spaces and features. You are also just a walk to Uptown west village or and uber to downtown Dallas and all of the restaurants, patio cafes, bars, and nightlife venues that Dallas is known for.
You’ll be given a private passcode to use on the key lock on the front door, and have unlimited access to all of the buildings amazing amenities.

3. Absolutely no smoking or use of drugs of any sort inside the apartment. You agree to pay $250 penalty for smoking inside the unit

5. Please be kind to our Earth by turning off lights, water valves, and thermostat when not in use.
6. Absolutely no parties or events allowed. Be respectful to neighbors next door.

8. Please request pack n play or air mattress prior at time reservation is confirmed so we can ensure it is in your unit when you check in. **A second air mattress is available upon request through the guest app at $35 per night**
9. I'm not responsible for any closures, unforeseen or planned, of any building amenities. Due to such closures, refunds will not be given. Please also note that pools may be seasonal and we are not responsible for any refunds due to pool closure or maintenance.
10. Our corporate lease agreement requires a 4 night minimum and a basic criminal background check if staying more than 5 nights. By making a reservation with us, you authorize us to run a basic criminal background check using your ID card. If you have criminal record that would prevent you from renting a home PLEASE do not make a reservation because we have the right to ask you to cancel.
11. For a smooth check-in, fill in the pre-check-in form sent to you after confirming your reservation. This provides access to our guest app with detailed check-in instructions, a house manual and useful links. The form requires a $200 hold for damage deposit which is removed within 3 days after check-outView More

The location was great! It is situated in a beautiful, walkable area close to many attractions. The space itself was large which was great for my family. However, I’m giving this rating based on several issues that made the experience uncomfortable. After booking, I discovered that the property is managed through a third party, which came with a completely different set of instructions than what was originally listed. The check-in process was especially concerning. I wasn’t informed until after booking that I would need to misrepresent the nature of my stay to the building’s concierge in order to receive the keys. This felt deceptive and put me in a very awkward position. The host denied a refund for this reason. <br/>The couch had an unpleasant odor, and we had to cover it with a blanket just to sit on it. The carpets were stained, and very wet when we arrived, which I assume was due to recent cleaning, but it added but it added to the overall discomfort. The master bed was amazingly comfortable. The apartment was very clean, unfortunately it smelled so strongly of cleaning chemicals that we had to open the balcony door so that we could breathe. Since none of the windows open, that was our only option. It died down later that evening, but you could still smell it through our entire 4 day stay. <br/>The building is pet friendly, however, there was an extra $154 fee that I didn’t see prior to booking, for my two dogs. And while we were there we got a complaint about them barking, so they’re only pet friendly to a point. It’s not like my dogs bark for hours on end without reason. <br/>The other thing I didn’t see prior to booking was the $200 damage deposit that we still haven’t gotten back yet. The hotel we stayed at in the way home has already cleared their’s but the air b&b has not. <br/>Th pool and rooftop deck were amazing and my kids and husband also loved the pool table available in the lobby.
