- Pre-Check-In: You must complete a pre-check-in form to receive your access codes and our digital house manual. A $200 refundable security hold will be placed on your card before arrival and released within 3 days after checkout, provided there are no damages.
- Long Stays: Stays over 5 nights require a basic criminal background check.
- Shared Amenities: The pool and gym are shared with other residents and may occasionally close for maintenance without prior notice.
- Amplified Sound: The use of amplified sound equipment audible beyond the property line is prohibited from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
- Vehicles & Parking: Vehicles must be operable, licensed, and parked inside the garage; oversized commercial vehicles (15,000+ lbs) are not permitted unless actively loading/unloading. One off-street parking space is included; additional parking may be requested.
- Decor: The apartment’s decor or furniture may differ slightly from the photos, but the style and cozy vibes remain the same.
-Balcony Door Lock: To lock the balcony door, close it completely, then lift the handle upwards while simultaneously turning the lock knob until you hear it click.
- Guest Verification: For building security, the primary guest must complete a quick ID verification/background check before check-in. Only the primary guest is required, and the ID name must match the reservation.
