I didn’t initially realize there is a $200 damage deposit collected offsite from Airbnb. Airbnb informed me this was disclosed in the listing, but I didn’t notice it at booking, so future guests may want to double-check that detail.<br/>Overall, it was a great stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-priced. Ovie was friendly and very responsive to any needs or questions.<br/>There is a noticeable chemical smell in the hallways. The valet area often smelled like marijuana, though self-parking is available if that’s a concern.<br/>Breakfast was tasty and very convenient. I would stay here again, especially for the value. The place was exactly as described. We had a fantastic time. 1. We specifically chose this place because we wanted the kids to have a pool to use. The host said it would be available but upon arrival there was a closed for the season sign on the pool. <br/>2. There was a condom wrapper on the bedroom floor. <br/>Other than those two deal breakers this was a nice place to stay. This is such a beautiful place to stay. The unit was very home-y and had a beautiful view of downtown. Definitely recommend this as your next stay!
