As with many urban centers, the neighborhood is lively and centrally located, and while there is a visible homeless presence outside the building, our property remains secure. The building is equipped with 24/7 video surveillance and keycard access for added safety. Additionally, we are located directly across from City Hall, which ensures a regular police and security presence in the area.

Great little apartment, plenty of room for my family of 8. Could have used some extra blankets and towels. Bring pool towels if you want to use the pool. There were alot of homeless around the area, did not feel comfortable going out alone with the kids, but the apartment itself had good security, and was locked up. Overall our stay was great, the apartment was clean and spacious. Love the place. Very nice clean. Will be staying here every time we come Older building, but renovated. Accessing the main entrance is difficult and is not wheelchair friendly. Only one elevator works, but it is slow. There is an odor from people smoking recreationally. The AirBnB is located next to a large homeless population. The trash chute was overflowing throughout.<br/>The Valet is provided but the setup is difficult to get in and out.<br/> The AirBnB it was advertised as a 3 bedroom and 2 bath; however, the 3rd bedroom was a space in the living room with a curtain to partition it off with no privacy. Apparently there is a small print that calls this out according to the host. The apartment also looked like it was halfway finished. The main bedroom didn’t not have a dresser. The second bedroom didn’t have a dresser, side tables, or tv. The TV in the living room does not work. There were minimal amount of towels, the washing machine did not work. The dining table only sits 4 and there was no coffee table in the living room. At least it was clean.
