Guests will have private access to the entire 3-bedroom apartment. You will also have full access to the building's shared amenities. Please be mindful of the operating hours:
Swimming Pool: Relax by the shared pool and make use of the BBQ grill, available daily from 10:00 AM–10:00 PM. Closed Mondays for routine maintenance
Indoor Gym: The 24/7 fitness center is located on the 1st level near the leasing office.
Game, Art & Music Rooms: Open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Closed on weekends.
Cinema Room: Open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Please bring your own DVDs to use this facility.

Pre-Check-In Required: You must complete our pre-check-in form to receive your smart lock codes and digital guest guide. A $200 refundable security hold will be placed on your card and released within 3 days of checkout.
Bedroom Layout: Please note that the third bedroom is a semi-private area within the living room, sectioned off with privacy curtains.
Check-In/Out Times: Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee.
Family-Friendly Items: A Pack 'n Play, high chair, and children's dinnerware are available upon request. A second air mattress can be provided for a fee of $35/night.
Amplified Sound: The use of amplified sound equipment audible beyond the property line is prohibited from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Vehicles & Parking: Vehicles must be operable, licensed, and parked inside the garage; oversized commercial vehicles (15,000+ lbs) not permitted unless actively loading/unloading
Off-street parking: 1 space included; additional parking may be requested
On-street parking: Free Street parking available after 6pm (Monday to Saturday) and all day on Sunday
