The building is equipped with 24/7 video surveillance and keycard access for added safety. Additionally, we are located directly across from City Hall, which ensures a regular police and security presence in the area.

The place was nicely furnished and looked like the pictures shown<br/>We loved the warehouse style look and the place was pretty sound proof from any other occupants throughout the building <br/>Homelessness presence is all around the building especially at night, but no one ever bothered us and security guards were also walking around at night <br/>We did notice a strong chemical smell throughout the building and it has stayed on all of our belongings upon returning home <br/>Other than that we enjoyed our stay and last minute booking was made super easy by Grace Christian

Gracie was very kind and helpful! She made sure my friends and I had everything we needed! Very spacious and clean rooms, we definitely enjoyed our stay for the weekend! Great stay for an extended period of time
