Apartment was quiet, rarely hearing neighbors next door or above.
The quality of furniture here was outstanding in comparison to other AirBNB's that I have stayed at, so that was much appreciated.
Mainly Pro's, and just a few Con's:
Paint chips from areas of heavy use such as handles. Needs a touch up.
Coffee maker basket missing so bring your own small filters. But, Keurig cups are supplied so it was an even trade.
And my personal opinion, I just find AirBnB's to always be a bit more pricey than they should.
